This is a paid, hourly assistant position. Assistants work part-time, typically three days per week, alongside experienced stylists during real client appointments. Compensation and responsibilities grow as skills develop and confidence behind the chair increases.

The goal of the Assistant Stylist Program is completion within approximately 90 days. Program length may vary depending on experience, consistency, and readiness, allowing each stylist to progress at a pace that supports confidence, skill development, and long-term success.

As an Assistant at Salon Aurelia, you’ll gain daily, hands-on experience assisting with color services, foiling, toning, shampooing, blow-drying, and salon systems. You’ll learn how to support an elevated guest experience, manage time efficiently, and work within a calm, team-focused environment while receiving ongoing guidance and feedback.
