How the Mentorship Works
Real salon experience with purposeful guidance.
You'll work alongside experienced stylists, observe services, practice on mannequins and models, develop consultation and communication skills, and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and technical ability grow.
Progress isn't based solely on time—it's based on demonstrated readiness, professionalism, and consistent growth.
Career Path & Compensation
A clear path from mentorship to stylist.
Your journey begins as a W-2 employee earning $16 per hour while participating in our structured 90-Day Stylist Mentorship Program, scheduled four days per week.
After successfully completing the program and demonstrating readiness, you'll transition into a stylist position while continuing to earn hourly pay as you begin building your clientele. Once you've established consistent demand and production, you'll move into Salon Aurelia's commission compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.
